A WRAP ON SUMMER 2023!

i must say that this year, even more than others, have shown me that late summer is truly my favorite part of the year. deep in the heat and the warmth— i love texas nights riddled with hundreds of singing cicadas.

the end of summer is a time of romance, for life, for others,, a perfect transitional period before the end of the year brings a welcoming wrap up to the seasons.

september is a month of rest and reset. renewal and rejoicing. a month for warm meals and warm bellies. for laughing and singing and dancing, when the breeze comes back,, hidden by the hot of august, the bustle of july, the anticipation of june. tickling your neck and demanding you lift your nose to the air.

i love summer. i love dressing with the seasons + the songs.
